TITLE:Sheng yun QI bai shi

I DESCRIBE the art work.
The artwork which called shen yun qi bai shi is a very awesome sculpture. It made by Wu wei shan,one of the most famous artist and sculptor in the world ,now he is a professor in the Nanjing University.
This artwork was made during 1998.In the increasing years ,this artist never made any ageing and old ,it shine all the time. You can see the sculpture carefully, it is a sculpture of Qi bai shi‘s head .The rouge lines full of the sculpture head which belongs to a very famous painter in China. The lines make a very detail description of an elder’s face. It makes a very lifelike face implicated volition with determination. This sculpture fill of dark black ,When you to feel by touch it, you will really do realize what means smooth, it can makes you very comfortable.
In this artwork,Wu wei shan wants to represent that if something looks very rude ,maybe it contains very great intension, do not look down on them. It also had initiated by Qi bai shi, the archetype of this sculpture. He wants to make this sculpture has its own soul. In my eye, this sculpture full of great insist spirit, there is a wonderful soul in this artwork.
I am very appreciating this great sculpture.

II INTERPRET the artwork.
This artwork makes me feel pretty comfortable.
When I first see this artwork, I am really do attractive by this artwork. In this artwork, the head of Qi Bai Shi is really lifelike, and also, look at this artwork, you almost can feel Qi Bai Shi’s sprit .To scrutinize the eye of this magnificent and use you heart to feel the intension of this sculpture, you can realize the great souls that belong to Qi Bai Shi and Wu Wei Shan! You also can understand the pith of this sculpture :You never can judge somebody ONLY through he or she’s appearance, you must touch it ,feel it ,understand it, realize it, and then ,make the judgement:Good or evil.
When I see this artwork, I always think about the great and awesome experience about Qi Bai Shi, one of the best artists in the world. He only drawn the shrimps, he drawn it just like to bring the painted dragon to life by putting in the pupils of its eyes.
If you ask me: Does the artwork remind you of other things you have seen or experience?
I will say: Absolutely!
Around one years ago, I traveled to London, There is a classic and antique city. At there ,all most all the building were built at around 150 years ago, the buildings looks very old and outdate, compare with the modern skyscrapers in China and America, these building looks so terrible ,so at the first, I do not like them. But several days after, I try to realize them, understand them ,and then I actually do not dislike them anymore, and them sometimes later, I turned love this kind of building than the modern skyscrapers! Of course, London became one of my favorite cities. Then I realized: If you meet something or someone, you dislike them at first, do not make a conclusion at once, try to understand them, then if you still don not like them you just can say: I dislike them. But in most cases, you would change your idea.
In the real world, Qi Bai Shi only draws the shrimps and hardly draws other things. So I also can read from the sculpture: If you want to achieve success, you had better do something wholeheartedly with your heart and soul, do not think about any others, just like Qi Bai shi.
So, I think the intention of this artwork is never judge people by appearance and if you want to do something, please make it wholeheartedly.

III JUDGE the artwork.
This sculpture is really a wonderful artwork and I actually do appreciate this artwork.
At first, I attracted by one phrase beside this sculpture: Crutches is the pen of consciousness, it always painting on the land, just like you make the pace of life. I made an observation carefully on this sculpture not others because of this great sentence.
Then, I observe this artwork very carefully. I do a vibration on it, and then I moved because of it! In the deep of this artwork, there is a soul, a spirit! It is not only a sculpture any more, in my eye; it means a spirit concluded the whole life about Qi Bai Shi. It told me to never judge someone by appearance and do anything with you heart and soul! And also the really lifelike appearance with a little rude lines is another reason I love this artwork
There is no any specifically way make me feel like this. Because this wonderful sculpture can make everyone appreciate on it, I believe it has enough attractive to catch other one’s heart. Every one, if they own a heart, they will all move by it.
But, as everybody know, if something really enough great and it make a resonance on you, you will really like it and moved by it. That maybe is the specifically that why I like it.
That is also why I think other people will also appreciate this artwork.
I think all the people will resonated by this excellent artwork.
I can promise, I can swear, this sculpture which called Shen Yun Qi Bai Shi absolutely is one of the greatest artworks in the word!
