The main volunteer work I had did during the 2nd semester in grade 10 was act as a investigator in Nanjing Sumec Limited Corporation. My duty was investigate what kind of clothes people like most and what kind of vehicle people used most usual.
At first, I was fairly embarrassed and scared to make a topic with strangers, although it is essential for this volunteer work. Thus first time when I do this volunteer work, I really extremely scared, whereas after I was on my mettle and tried to ask the one who I wanted to investigated, I found he was very kind. Thereafter I asked him some questions and he answered me with a great amount of details and he let me realized that it is not that hard to talk with strangers. Therefore, I became more and more adventurous and tried to interview more and more people with diversity of styles. Nonetheless, there were also many people hardly welcome me to interviewed them, notwithstanding I did not mind it any more because I realized that there were also people in abundance were willing to be interviewed by me. The main site that I always went was Xingjiekou, the centre of Nanjing. There were people in abundance there and majority of them were willing to be interviewed by me, and hence I could collect a great quantity of information as fast as possible. Nevertheless some women were really rude and when I approached them and tried to talked with them, they always interpret me and directly leave, which made me exceedingly discomfiture and unhappy, so at the prophase of these volunteer work when I faced this kind of circumstances, I always tend to stop do it. Nonetheless my father told me that perseverance could be the key and most significant element for succeed. For this reason, I tried to insisted and absorbed making these things, when I was involved into the dreadful situation, I tried to do not care about them found new target to interview. After I triumph over the dread, I felt uncommonly great.

Same as the first semester, I also went to the blind school and played with the lovely children who were of lamentableness.As a conclusion, to be a volunteer is really meaningful and absolutely it will made some positive affection on my life.

Flying kites, flying hopes

Since this year (2009) marks the 60th liberation of Nanjing, there were a Kite fling festival and Chinese traditional commemoration was held in White Horse Park.
Fling kites was one of the most common ways for people who lived in 60 – year – before Nanjing to indicate theirs wishes for freedom as 60 years ago, Nanjing were made annexation by Japanese people and an enormous deal of people were died at that time. It is really an exceptional and unique sculpture and it is said that it was built at the period of Nanjing Massacre, a very small number of Nanjing people were cooperated to make this white horse to monumentalize the people who was died at the Nanjing Massacre, at the same time, let us remember the enmity with Japanese. I almost weep at that time.
After these, there were some small games.
I enjoy this public event as it let me remember how Nanjing was putted down before 60 years.

To be a teacher in East BeiJing Road Primary School

I have studied in school since I was 6 years old, and thus, during all these 9 years, there were one occupation that I contact every day. That is teacher.
Fortunately, last week, several students and I were organized to be teachers in East Beijing Road Primary school by Miss Bartell, our planning teacher. Absolutely we were all exceedingly exciting.
After the study witch spends us approximately half an hour, we were on the way to the East Beijing Road Primary school.
Nevertheless, it never could be as easy as our thought. The two boys and one girl who I taught were highly outgoing and them talking all the time witch made me extremely embarrassed, whereas I still keep patient to talked to them about the English worlds that Miss Bartell had planning for us. This moment, I really could realize what is the teacher’s feeling when students are talking during the class time. Afterward, I let them follow me via several funny jokes. Thereafter, I played a game with them called “Simon Says”, which is fairly interesting in the opinion witch harbored by them. This game has a rule that one people ordered other people do something just like touch your nose, touch your leg or other things just like this, whereas they should act nothing, until I said that Simon says, touch you eye, they could do like this. We played it for around 15 minutes. Then I had taught them several hard words.
At last we chatted something about the East Beijing Road Primary School.

A MIRACLE by Shakespeare-----The Taming of the Shrew

Therefore, after school, I went to had dinner directly with Nick and Zorro in the school cafeteria instead of went home. We ate fairly quick and then, we rushed to the vast hall as fast as we could and waited to the starting of the drama, absolutely before it, we should gave our tickets to the teller.
Time pasted highly slow since we were all too impatient to watch the so-called miracle. Nevertheless, after approximately one year (in my heart), the show have began. Firstly, I saw angel, who one of the most excellent students in grade 12 appeared and gave us the prologue of this drama. Then, it was the real starting of the drama.The Taming of the Shrew is a story about a shrew and a strong man. The shrew Kate was very grumpy and no man dared to marry her. The strong man Petruchio decided to marry her and happened something funny between them. I found something interesting through the show. First was the drunk man Sly, the actor Charles was very funny, his acting was really like a drunk man with stupid body languages. Then was the scene of the shrew Kate appeared first, she was chasing his younger sister Bianca to beat her.I was not the acquaintance of the other actors but Richard, and hence, I do pay attention on Richard instead of other actors. Richard is my classmate, and thus I know him very much. He is an extremely lovely boy and after this performance, I realized: he also has a really unbelievable technique of acting.Moreover, there were occasions in abundance could make us cheer. The best one of them is the kissing between Petruchio and Kate were made us cheer for a long period.

Swiss feeling is of wonder

Last week, I had gone to a Swiss restaurant with several classmates in my class. This is a great experience for me because it changed my consideration of western and western food. In my opinion before, western people are all exceeding rich and they always can have handsome salary, whereas they never care about food, and hence the western foods are all unendurable. And also the knowledge which had handed down told me that Chinese food is best in this globe. Nevertheless, Zorro hold one totally different opinion, he considered that Chinese food is insipid, on the contrary, he thought that western food is extremely tasty. Therefore, I disagree with Zorro and vice versa. When we arrived at the first floor of oriental shopping mall, the place where the Swiss restaurant located, a big caw was spotted by us. Behind the lovely cow, we saw a classic restaurant which you can see everywhere on the Continent. We got into the restaurant, in the restaurant, there were full of golden and numerous cow toy on the shelf in this great restaurant. Such a great environment! Then we watch the menu, what I had was Swiss baked rice. I wanted for it around 20 minutes, firstly there was a bowl of soup which full of cream appealed before my sight. It looks phenomenal tasty. In fact, it is really appealing. Afterward, it is the main food which was as great as some Chinese food. The Swiss baked rice was really goluptious and Zorro also enjoy it with kind simile. At last, there was a flummery, I never had it before and thus in my opinion it is exceeding palatable. After had the delicious food, we continued looked around the wonderful restaurant, there was a number of metals on the wall. The metals are of beauty and I was really appreciated on it. This is a meaningful and enjoyable experience and I got a great realizing of Swiss culture.
I truly keen on Swiss food!

An ordinary miracle

This Saturday, Cindy, Diane, Lucy and I with other some students who studied in GCA achieved a unique visit in Nanjing Museum.
Before we went there, all of us never realized this Nanjing Museum can give us such a breathtaking visit, and hence we would never take it seriously but the nasty homework. Nevertheless, while us standing in front of The Nanjing Museum building which is extraordinary similar with the palace which were built around over 500 years before, we were all shocked for its excellent external form, it is full of classic culture of China.
After the checking of tickets, we went in the lobby of this museum, the first place where we went is the Modern Art Hall which has an exhibition of the cattle. In this exhibition, we have seen abundance of cattle artwork and there are all fairly beautiful and charming. Firstly, while you getting into the Exhibition, you will see many drizzly diverse artwork and the first one I saw is an cattle which made by wood and on the introduction of it we could fund it was made decade ago by Wu Wei Shan, which one of the most outstanding modern artist on this globe. After this wood cow, there was also lots of excellent artwork that can make you achieve a strong emotion of appreciation.
There was a enormous amout of exceptional cattle artwork in this exhibition and I thought they are all the best artwork in the world, nothing can better than it, and I had keep this consideration until I saw the Golden Cattle Rush On To the Firmament. It is unique and perfect. I promise it must be the most excellent artwork I ever seen without “one of”. This artwork was built at Tang dynasty, absolutely it own around 1200 years history, in nowadays, it is of invaluableners. Made a justice on it, I believe you would appreciate on it for its attractive externality. It has attractive, smooth, golden skin and plump body which gives me a exceeding comfortable feeling. And also, you can look at its face carefully, you would never trust that it is only a sculpture for it is really vivid. In face, from its eyes, I can read the fortitude volition of this caw, or the artist. The artist of this dilly was not found now, it is said that this sculpture was one of the greatest experts of sculpture in the world and he made this sculpture was because he is isolate. At that time, if you were quite succeed, you would be squeezed out from the other peoples. I wonder about it. After I understood these background, I was really deeply moved by these, the tear almost goes out off my eyes. Secondly, we went to the Cloud Brocade Hall, which has a number of pretty and picturesque Cloud Brocade in it, whereas I do not interest in the Cloud Brocade which is girls’ hobby in my opinion.
After the Cloud Brocade Hall, we went to the Ancient Chinese Jade Exhibition, which one I love most. In this phenomenal awesome Exhibition, there were a great number of wonderful Jade witch has created around thousands years ago.
At last, we were visited other some exhibition which are also extremely outstanding.
Facing to this exhibition which is of miracle, I was so surprised and I only stood there without any saying.
It is an ordinary miracle.

Happy riding and exciting football

The main 2 sports I did during the term, one is riding and another one is playing football.
I enjoy riding a bike, and therefore I always go to school by bike.
During the 1st semester in my grade 10 year, I always go to school by bike and hence I have almost 30 hours for riding. I am very enjoying riding a bike and I think it is extraordinarily interesting. And I also think if I ride a bike everyday, it may help me to keep my fitness as a great level.
Therefore I think riding is really good for me and absolutely it can give me a lot of positive effect.
When I am riding a bike on the street, I was highly pay attention on other people who are riding beside me and I always want to ride faster than them. There is one day, approximately 2 weeks ago, I was on my way to school, when I am riding on the Long Pan Avenue, there is a boy riding very fast, he is also a Nanjing Foreign Language School student. He is really doing rode very fast and he almost does outstrip me in no time, whereas I am never reconciled to him, then I also let my speed faster and faster. Looks on this, he realized he was fell in a competition, he also do not to be outdone, he made his speed up and surpassed me! I was also unwilling to lag behind……Consequently the competition was last until we arrived at school. This is very normal on my way to school and I think it is fairly awesome and excited.
Another sports activity I did is playing football. I keen on football, I am crazy about football, and I love everything about football.
Football is a kind of sport that emphasizes in collaboration, which means if you want to play football very well, you must have an exceptional spirit of team work. A football team is strong or hardly due to the degree of one or to footballer, whereas it always depends on if is this team united. Thus passing is one of the most vital techniques in playing football, it could be a key to win a football match.
I usually play football with my classmates before, in these playing, I realized how to play football is most efficient. And also play football with Mr. Penny’s football club is also a huge part of my football time.
From playing football, I could learn positive things in abundance. The most significant one is cooperation, which is uncommonly important for our life. In a football game, although you have extremely outstandingly skill about football and you really excel as football, notwithstanding he did not understand the cooperation, you would hardly accept since you were almost useless for a football team. The same things also could happen in this society. In fact, despite that you have an enormous deal of aptness whereas you hardly tend to work and help with our ones, you never could be successful inasmuch as no body would tend to support you since you hardly champion others. Consequently, you would be a loser. In another hand, maybe you did not own an excellent ability. Hence, I realized that If you want to achieve success, you must do well in team work and willing to help each other.In another respect, now I am extremely health for I do the spots every time.

Soccer and volunteer club

In the first semester of the year 2008 - 2009, the main club activity I did was playing soccer at soccer club. Absolutely, in the soccer club, we were required playing soccer at the school soccer field or the Nanjing Normal University football yard, which is a little bit far away from GCA. While we playing soccer, the spirit about collaborative is the most significant and essential thing. If you always play it individual and hardly pass the ball to you teammate, you will never can play football well and you teammate may also have an aversion to you. It is very dreadful since soccer is a team game, it need 11 people to work as one, then you probably can win the game, if you are disliked by other people and refused to make a teamwork with you teammate, you will never succeed in playing soccer. And also we do play some match after we training. In the matches, we must be very carefully and do you duty. It is very important. Through playing soccer, I can let my body stronger and stronger, I think it is one of the most principal causes that we make this kind of PE activities. Another significant reason is I LOVE SOCCER!! So while me playing soccer, I always feeling pretty enjoyable. That is why I choose soccer club as the mainly department for my club activity. From the experiment in the soccer club, I realized if you are good at team working, you will be very welcomed. But if not so, you will dislike by other people because they may think you are very selfish and never think anything about them. Therefore, I must to be a collaborative worker in this society. And in another hand do more sports is better for my fitness. Absolutely, football could enhance our consciousness of cooperation, which could be the key to your succeed. If you want exist in this world, absolutely team spirit is principal for you.
And at the 2nd semester of this year, I also did some football club activities, moreover, I did the volunteer club, which really made a convulsion on me.
The main site of the volunteer activity is Nanjing Blind School, which whereabouts the Fu Zi temple. The children there were all have some obstacle in vision, which is highly horrible in my opinion. Nonetheless, they use their own volition as their eyes and made their spirit became more and more invincible. They are all heroes and their souls are all unbreakable.
The missions of us were play with them and teach them some common knowledge in this world. Every time when they absorbed new and unknown things, they always would feel exceedingly satisfied.
After this volunteer work, I thought that there are also people in abundance having some disfigurement in their body and also some dreadful people made some discrimination on them. I hold an opinion that this kind of situation is incredible! Absolutely I never would do so. I wonder more and more people could pay more attention on protecting them, it is essential for an excellent country,As a conclusion, the club work was really meaningful and helpful for me.

Meaningful Volunteer Work

During the first half term of the Grade 10, I did these volunteer activities, the 1st one is that we went to the blind school to help the children that hardly can see something in this beautiful world. Absolutely it is very terrible and pitiful. Therefore, I want to help them, let them to regain the brightness through my body, my eyes and my act. At the first time, I teach them English because they would have an English exam later. The little boy who I teached is a lovely guy and called Wu, he English is pretty great as an elementary school student. Then I watched theirs English book: Oxford primary school English, then I find I never can understand one word because on this dreadful book, there were full of Braille, which is blinds only. Accordingly I got very sad because if I do not know what were in this book I hardly can teach the lovely boy any thing. Fortunately, Nick, whom the leader of this volunteer club came here and told us the meaning of all the Braille, therefor, everything would be very smooth going and Wu became very happy and I also got very gratified, I were very appreciate this wonderful guy because he is very hard working and he do anything always persevere unremittingly. Then, I lead Wu to play with other blind children at the playground in the Blind School. Then after the first time I went to the blind school, I find I really attractive by this place. I really realized how great and happy I would be if I help one person. Then, I go there 5 times, every time are all could make me very happy, and now I also want to wish the blind children can achieve great happiness. From this volunteer activity, I can understand a little Braille, and I also realized how difficult and arduous the life will be if you are a blind people. And also, if you really like something and you really do insist on doing it, you will do achieve success. These are what I learn from this volunteer activity.
Then, at a weekend of several weeks ago, Jenny Lucy Angelina Stephen Bobby Rena and I were went to school to helped Mr. Harries to clean out his new office,. At the beginning of this terrific work, we were very depressed because Mr. Harries really had a terrible and ,dirty office. I can promise it must was at sixes and sevens. Go into the office, you can see lots of sports apparatus in great confusion. Our mood were involved into a falling in no time, we thing clean it is impossible. Then Mr. Harries give each of us a pair of white gloves. Minutes after, we start our dreadful work. But with the conduction of Mr. Harries, we made it actually very successfully, I can not believe my eyes but almost 3 hours later, we unexpectedly made it! That time we all very excited and we were all very pound of ourselves. From this volunteer activity, we realized the collaborative is exceedingly significant. In fact, there are lots of things in this world if you only want to make it individual, you will never succeed to make it but in a other hand, if you make it in a group and make you it with you group member, the things will finished very easily, and also I understand if you do something not to be the least bit negligent and you really insist on making it, you will find it is very easy through in fact, it is pretty difficult.
In conclusion, from these volunteer works I made at the 1st semester at the 2008- 2009 session, I really learned a lot, I want to let the people who give me the chance to did these volunteer works involved into my thank.
From these volunteer works, I also learn a lot of useful skills for life. For example, I learned a lot about how to make the housework: sweep, clean the window and so on. And I really understand in this world, there are a lot of people who were very unfortunately after his born, they got a deformity, These people really need us to help and we have an obligation to help them.
